Masari's Educational Strides And The Victory Of Girls Day Primary School, Malumfashi

Katsina State had been known best with education in Northern  Nigeria. Lately, the State had been backwardly ranked in the education sector. This largely, due to neglects by governments of this important sector.

The emergence of Rt. Hon. Aminu Bello Masari in 2015 had brought in a new dawn to the sector. His ardent believe in education as a panacea to socio-economic development had indeed became a booster to his educational development in the State.

Infrastructure wise, over 2000 schools had benefitted material and equipment wise, billions of naira had been expended to procure and distribute chairs, desks teaching and learning aids. In terms of Human Resources, he had approved replacement of thousands of Staff, introduced the appointment of over 5000 teachers in primary schools under the S-POWER program of the State Government, as over 3000 are under way to teach at secondary Schools across the State.

The success of education in Katsina State this year  cannot be disconnected with this projects and programs in the sector, with a real and dedicative commitments comes result, not just a result, but a better result, not just a better result, but a far better result.

The Universal Basic Education Board, had this year ranked the Government Girls Day Primary School, Malumfashi as the Second Position in the country in terms of quality education and teaching.
