Group To Sue Aisha Buhari For Violating The Rights Of Her ADC

The Integrity Youth Alliance has called on the wife of the President to order the Department of State Service to release her ADC who has been in detention for over 75 days despite the clearance from the Nigeria Police and Department of State Service of all allegations against him.

This was contained in a press release made in Abuja on Tuesday by the National Coordinator of the IYA, Kelvin Adegbenga. He particularly called on the instigator of the allegation, one SP Muktar Abdullahi to be ready for litigation against his atrocities.

"Reliable information shows that SP Muktar Abdullahi aim was to blackmail the ADC so that he can take over as ADC to the Wife of the President, Adegbenga said.

"We find it ridiculous that an ADC that sold bags of rice to pay his children school fees could be accused of collection 2.6billion Naira on behalf of the Wife of the President and kept for his own personal use.

It also on record that the Nigeria Police had investigated the ADC and nothing incriminating was found on him but the Wife of the President was not satisfied, she ordered the Department of State Service to further investigate, yet the DSS found nothing against the ADC but the Wife of the President decide to just punish the innocent ADC for doing nothing wrong.

"We called on President Buhari to call his wife to order by releasing the ADC with an apology letter or we might be force institute a legal action against the Wife of the President  and take our protest to the international community as the fundamental human right of the ADC has been violated, the statement concluded.
