Atiku Condoles Gov. Ganduje Over Mother's Death



Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar condoles Governor Abdullahi Ganduje of Kano State over the death of his mother, Hajia Fadimatu Umaru Ganduje on Friday.

In a statement issued by his media office in Abuja on Friday, 3 March, the former Vice President says Hajjia Fadimatu lived a fulfilled life.

According to Atiku, the deceased had lived long enough to see her children realize their dreams in their professional fields.

The Turaki Adamawa notes that a mother's love is the deepest for any family and therefore, says he knows the pains of Governor Ganduje.

The former Vice President says as character moulders, a mother is a great positive influence on her children, and their well being.

Recalling his own experience as a child, Atiku notes that "a mother is always ready to sacrifice her all to make her children happy, and it is on this note that I commiserate with the Ganduje family over the loss of its matriarch."

The former Vice President says the greatest tribute to a mother is to live by her virtues.
He prays to Allah to grant the deceased eternal rest in peace.
