Chief Akan Praises Ayade On CBN Purchase Of N3billion Rice Seedlings

An industrialist/hotelier, multi-talented business guru and the People's Democratic party (PDP) bigwig in Cross River State, Chief Austin Akan, has felicitates the governor of Cross River, Senator Prof. Ben Ayade for the recent Central Bank of Nigeria(CBN) N3 billion naira rice purchase for south south zone.

The Managing Director of Bebuakan Nigeria Limited commended the governor for the monumental agricultural revolution programme of his administration which is receiving praise and nod from all over the country and government agencies.

Chief Alan who is also the MD of Lepeh Suites, Ogoja explained that the Obudu Born Governor of Cross River has made Cross Riverians and all Nigerians proud with his cutting-edge agricultural revolutionary policies and programmes.

He further asserted that it is this agricultural revolution initiative of Ayade that has brought to full fruition the first ultra-modern digital rice Seed and seedlings factory in this part of the world which is churning out billions of  vitaminized rice seedlings for rice farmers from across Nigeria.

The Lepeh Suites, Ogoja MD who is equally a very strong supporter of governor Ayade, said that the highly vitaminized rice Seed and Seedlings located at Ayade Industrial Park, in Calabar is being patronized from all over the country as shown by the recent purchase of N3 billion naira  Seedlings by the CBN for the South-south geopolitical zone of the country.

Chief Akan went ahead to thank the governor for the visionary initiative that led to the establishment of the rice seedlings multiplication factory that is today helping to save the country of thousands of dollars in foreign exchange, and praised Ayade for the huge successes of the Anchor Borrowers Programme in Cross River State.

The PDP chieftain stated that the"I can do it" Spirit of the state governor is bringing alot of blessings not only to Cross River people but to the entire country and the rest of Africa.

He called on other agencies of government and private sectors to emulate the CBN by patronizing the Rice seed and seedlings multiplication factory in Calabar, Cross River which has the capacity to supply all their needs.

Chief Akan therefore called for patronage, support and cooperation from all and sundry to the administration of Ayade and that there are lucid indications that by the time a company like CALAPHARM and other industries would be fully operational, much would be saved for the State and country in terms of foreign exchange.
