Former Imo State Governor and Senator
representing Imo West Rochas Okorochas has approved the appointment of key
legislative aides.
The aides who are the former government house
aides include Steve Asimobi, Senior Legislative Aide, Dr Steve Orji, Legislative
Aide Ikenna Emeh, Assistant Legislative Aide and Dr Ebere Nzewuji, Personal
Assistant.
A statement issued by his Special Adviser (media)
Sam Onwuemeodo indicates that the Governor approved their appointment based on
the their performance in the Government House.
All the appointees are seasoned professionals
who held various appointment in Okorocha's second term in office as Imo State Governor.
While Asimobi was Special Adviser on Electoral
Matters, Ikenna Emeh was a Special Adviser on Technical Matters, Dr Ebere
Nzewuji was Special Assistant to the former Governor on Electronic Media.
Their appointment takes immediate effect
