Gombe State Governor, Alhaji Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya has welcomes the election of Hon. Abubakar Sadiq Kurba and Hon. Shuaibu Adamu Haruna as the Speaker and Deputy Speaker of the state House of Assembly respectively.
In a press release by the Senior Special Assistant (Media and Publicity) to Gombe State Governor, Ismaila Uba Misilli, he said that the Governor describes the peaceful inauguration of the 6th Assembly and subsequent emergence of the two presiding officers other leaders as a demonstration of unity in the fold of the governing All Progressives Congress in the state and the party’s determination to build consensus and bridges of harmony and understanding.
Alhaji Inuwa Yahaya looks forward to cordial and harmonious working relationship between the legislature and the executive arm in his quest to build a better tomorrow for Gombe state.
