As Muslims all over the world mark this year's Eid-el-Maulud, Nasarawa / Toto House Of Representatives Candidate on the platform of the Social Democratic Party, SDP, Hon. Abdullahi A. Ibrahim Ala-si AIBRO, on Tuesday emphasised the need for peace and unity for Nigeria to overcome challenging retarding it's growth.
Aibro spoke in Nasarawa LG at a meeting he held with the leaders of Social Democratic Party (SDP) and supporters.
The candidate, who is seeking to represent the people of Nasarawa / Toto federal constituency in the 2019 poll, was in his domain to solicit the support of electorates ahead of the forthcoming election scheduled for February next year.
Aibro who used the opportunity to facilitate with Nigeria's Muslims, noted that the occasion is another opportunity to continue to uphold the deeds and teachings of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAW) whose lifestyle center on faith, obedience, tolerance, charity, love and peaceful co-existence, among others.
He urge Nigerians of all creed not to commit their future into the hands of people who do not value unity and stability.
Aibro said, he was in politics to contribute, serve, pledged total commitment if elected as National Lawmaker.
The politician also said, that collective faith in God and supplication for His grace, peace and progress of the country remain the biggest interest of this great Nation.
He wishes all Nigerians specifically Muslims faithful a peaceful celebration.
