The Progressive Network for Atiku, a non- governmental organization (NGO), has appointed Mr Mike Okiro, the immediate past chairman of the Police Service Commission (PSC) as Chairman of its Borad of Trustees.
The organization disclosed this in letter jointly signed by its National Coordinator, Mr Christian Nwauzor and the National Director, Contact and Mobilization, Mr Golden Michael.
It said the appointment which is with immediate gives Okiro the responsibility of advising the organization on its activities towards Atiku`s victory in the 2019 presidential election
"The appointment which is with immediate effect shall saddle Okiro with the responsibility of advising the organization on its activities towards Atiku`s victory in the 2019 presidential election.
"In addition to that, he shall also be required to give support or otherwise for the implementation of the organization`s agenda.
"With his appointment, our organisation is assured of drawing from his wealth of experience as a seasoned administrator and strategist,``it said.
Okiro was also a former Inspector-General of Police.
