The Speaker Youth Assembly of Nigeria (YAN) Rt Hon Sadiq K. Abubakar has been nominated by the Executive Governor of Borno State, Engr Prof. Babagana Umara Zulum to represent Northeast Youth at the Traditional rulers Cum Youth Retreat scheduled to hold on 17th November, 2020 in Kaduna State.
The Executive Governor made this nomination in His Capacity as the Chairman of Northeast Governor's Forum following the able representation of the Rt Hon Speaker of Youth Assembly of Nigeria at the recent concluded Borno Youth Summit held on 15th November, 2020 at the Multipurpose Hall of Government House, Maiduguri, tasking him to represent the Northeast Youth with zeal, decency and decorum.
The Speaker, while accepting the nomination, thanked the Executive Governor of Borno State on behalf of Youth Assembly of Nigeria and the Northeast Youth, adding that he'll do everything possible to protect the image of Youth in the Northeast and lead them to their rightful position as good ambassadors of the North and Nigeria.
