Health is a global phenomenon, it is what the world and its leaders agreed to largely invest in. Investment in health is investment in and for life. Its importance and consequential value made the United Nation own a World Health Organisation as well as integrate its components in the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) and the ongoing Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Countries around the world including the most advanced ones use the health sector as a tool for campaign and solicit for political votes. Recently, we heard May's campaign about the Health Insurance in the United Kingdom and the USA's health care service as well as during the Trump/Clinton battle.
The importance of this all important sector made the visionary man; the man with vision, focus, zeal and commitment to govern Katsina State resources with his best. Rt. Hon. Aminu Bello Masari broke the jinx in the infrastructure, personnel as well as equipments in the sector.
All the secondary health faculties across the state were provided between 50's, 60's and 70's, since then, there had never been an upgrade of any kind in these facilities.
Currently, the video above depicts the Masari's magic wand in this regards; infrastructure, equipment and over 1000 staff were recruited across the state.
Katsina,Funtua, Musawa and Daura among many others are experiencing this sporadic touch aside the magic movement in the school of Nursing Katsina.
